Orders placed before 8 a.m. are generally prepared the same day. Otherwise, they are prepared the following day.

Shipping is carried out within 24 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier (usually within 24 hours), the average delivery time depends on the shipping method selected:

  • Mondial Relay: between 2 and 5 business days

  • Colissimo: approximately 2 to 3 business days

  • Chronopost: express delivery within 24 business hours

These delivery times are provided for reference only and apply exclusively to shipments within mainland France.

Yes, we deliver to most countries.

To check whether delivery is available in your area, simply enter your address during the “Shipping” step at checkout. If your country appears in the list, then delivery is available.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or Promotions folder, or contact us.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to modify it. Please contact us as quickly as possible via the chat or by email.

Once the order has been shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes, but you can return the item(s) or place a new order.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to submit a return request.

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Free from odors or stains

  • In their original condition

Returns are not accepted for Clearance or Second-hand (Vide Dressing) items.

New items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition can be returned.

Clearance and Second-hand (Vide Dressing) items are not eligible for return.

Once your return parcel has been received and inspected, the processing time depends on the refund method selected:

  • Store credit: processed within 24 hours

  • PayPal refund: issued within 72 hours

  • Credit card refund: up to 10 days, depending on your bank’s processing times
